192.168.1.1 Router Admin Login
192.168.1.1 is an IP address which is primarily used by Linksys routers and also by D-link as an address which lets anyone log in and control and configure the device. Users can change both the normal connection settings as well as admin settings using this IP address.
The IP address is part of the 16-bit block of the private IPv4 address which has all the addresses from 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255. Almost all the latest Linksys routers use this IP as their default gateway. Using this address, you can log in into your router and configure the settings as per your ease.
How to Login into 192.168.1.1?
If you have a router which has the login IP as 192.168.1.1 then follow the below steps to log inside the router admin panel. Make sure you have a system ready connected to the home wifi, you should also have the box of your router to get the default username and password.
Step 1: Open a web browser and type the IP address http://192.168.1.1 in URL or search bar and click enter
Step 2: If the IP address associated with your router is correct then you will see a login page asking for login details:
- Default Username: admin
- Default Password: password

- Open Command Prompt (CMD)

Change the SSID
